Very tired and dated hotel. The staff don’t do much to make you feel welcome. Breakfast is awful - with important things missing (such as milk). Uncomfortable beds, awful showers. The gym wasn’t even a gym.

It was clean but very basic. Especially for the price. It was over a week where there was an exhibition at the Messe so i expect inflated prices but it just felt the staff didn't want people there. Also the gym has no weights at all just cardio. Can't really call it a gym

Персонал умнички , номер тихий комфортний и без посторонних запахов что не мало важно, я заселялсь с ребёнком и утром когда на рецепшине мы сдавали ключи от номера и я попросила кипятка для приготовления смеси своей дочери . Улибчевый парень с удовольствием набрал нам полный термоз горячей воды , что было очень приятно! Спасибо вам за хорошое обслуживание и уютный приём.!)

Nice staff and great restaurant. Hotel a bit “tired” ie carpets worn etc. Biggest problem was I had a room with the busy road on one side and the open atrium in the centre of the hotel on the other. This meant that there was a lot of noise when trying to sleep from both sides of the bedroom with the bar being in the atrium below.

No complimentary tea or coffee in room, no lotion, no conditioner, no sandals. Intercom was not working for the period I stayed there. Strange that breakfast was charged separately for the amount I paid. The gym had only 3 cardio equipment (treadmill and two bicycles). I didn’t even attempt to use the gym. The restaurant made good food for dinner though.

Hotel is outdated even for a European hotel. Carpet was dirty and patched in spots. Restaurant and bar and service was best of the hotel.

Old hotel, bad smell, dark and depressing atmosphere everywhere. Staff is not polite and welcoming. Overall unpleasant experience.
