Nice place for holiday stay. Staff are polite

Plenty of local shops nearby. Good facilities. Just need to improve on the breakfast buffet

Room n washroom was small. Not enough space Front desk staff was very rude. When ever we asked her some information never explained well and informed us to come later. It happened 2 to 3 times. When ever we see her on the front desk we don't go and wait for the next staff to come and then we go to the front desk for help.

Not as expected

Very clean, good security. Theres not much to do or view but the property itself was nice.

Good, not fancy and it has gone through better times. It's a small but confortable hotel. Staff was really nice.

We arrived by taxi and that didn’t have a meter. The driver tried charging us an exorbitant price. A hotel employee spoke with the driver to resolve the issue, which saved us a lot of money. The women working at checkin were extremely helpful.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast a bit random for a westerner but quite comprehensive. Pool/Gym area well maintained. My room was a little dated but clean and tidy, some rooms appeared to be being renovated.

This hotel is in a poor neighborhood in Doha, Qatar. All of the hotels in this area are old and not renovated. This hotel has limited Dining options, because there are so many people with cancelled flights who get free lunch at this hotel. When I came for lunch and dinner, there was no place to sit. Also, the breakfast was terrible. The most disturbing experience was the arrival experience. The security rudely joked my suitcase out of my hand, and told me to leave my suitcase by the door before checking in. There is an unacceptable and an acceptable way to speak with guests. After all, without guests it is impossible for the hotel to make money and pay its employees. *** When the room was cleaned, the staff moved the furniture and my shoes, but did not return the furniture and my shoes to the proper spot. When I arrived back at the hotel at night, I had to tell the staff to move the furniture back. I should have not had to do this. Terrible service, and very little professionalism from the staff.
