El servicio siempre muy atento y dispuesto, la ubicación excelente muy cerca de la estación diagonal lo cual conecta con la estación Barcelona sants y otras líneas de metro. La verdad es que en mi próxima visita a Barcelona sin duda me quedaría nuevamente

Nice hotel

Clean room, great location but breakfast was ok - just 2 hot options and same everyday.

The best things about this hotel were Oscuado at the front desk and the cleaning staff. Oscuado was very personable and helpful whenever we saw him and went out of this way to make my husband coffee, which was very sweet. The cleaning people were always upbeat and went out of their way to ask if we needed anything Here were the problems. We spent one whole morning and into the evening with no hot water at all and no notification from anyone as to the fact that it went away or when it would be coming back. The bathtub stopper never worked and even though the woman at the front desk said she would come up and check it she never did. The waste basket in the bathroom was broken, the beds were not very comfortable and it was impossible to get the front desk on the phone whenever you called. All in all, we would not stay there again

Staff very helpful. Excellent breakfast. Room spacious. Only issue was that there no grab bars in shower so was unable to use it. Only there one night. Otherwise rating would be dinged

Great hotel, great location, nice and central. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Only thing missing was a bar.

Bathroom was full of black mold, things were clean “ish” but didn’t feel great. Other then the the bathroom the room was pretty good

Hotel muy bien ubicado pero muy basico, parece mas a un Ibis que otra cosa.
