Like most hitels in Switzerland, the quality is low and decoration is outdated. Not a real 4 stars, don't be fooled. Excellent location, nice staff but outdated and no charm hotel. But the price was ok for the location and view.

Room wasn’t very clean, there was thick dust someone’s clothes that they had left in the room previously and the spare pillows were covered in what looked like crumbled plasterboard? I’m not sure how long they had not been touched. generally in need of a refurb in the bathroom, mould stained tiles and just poor quality facilities. The AC was insufficient and was not able to get the room below 20 degrees. The staff were friendly and the bed was comfortable enough but the duvet was far too thick considering the temp in the room. I have stayed in better budget hotels on my trip and wouldn’t recommend nor stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the location is super convenient, and breakfast was wonderful, with so many options. Also, the room was very comfortable and modern.

The breakfast was good with lots of choice. The room was comfortable and clean. It seemed that there were fewer staff available then in other hotels so we didn't really interact with staff to rate them.

Notre chambre debait etre libérée à 12 h. Rentrant a 11h d'une promenade au bord du lac, le jour du depart, notre chambre n'était plus accessible !!! Nous avons dû revenir à la reception pour faire débloquer la serrure...pas très correct !!! A part ce petit désagrément en fin de séjour, nous sommes satisfaits.

The check-in was perfect, the property is spotless and the room was amazing. The Front Desk staff were extremely helpful with information, suggestions and temporary luggage storage. This was a wonderful first experience in Lausanne! Well done Movenpick.
