Fabulous! Right on the Spanish Steps - or so it seemed! People watching at its finest from a cafe table on the flower filled terrace. Two Aperol Spritzes and an assortment of snacks greeted us each evening as we sat on the balcony outside of our beautiful room reminiscing about the Roman sites we had visited that day. The Trevi fountain is within walking distance and the staff is very happy to secure a car should you wish. The staff was most accommodating. Breakfast can be purchased for 15 Euros and takes place in a charming cafe just across the street. Warning: The Americano breakfast is HUGE! The hotel is in a multi-storied building, with the main entrance at the bottom of the steps. No fear for there is a tiny private elevator to whisk you to the lobby at the top of the steps, with its own entrance for guests who wish to explore the upper area surrounding the steps. A bellman comes down with the elevator when you first arrive to take your luggage. Our room was bella, with a comfortable King bed, nice bath, AC. For those interested, the Keats/Shelley/Byron museum is located in the house next door. Wonderful stay!

The location is great right next to the Spanish Steps. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

What a lovely hotel. It is really on the Spanish Steps. Our room had a loft with a picture window overlooking the Steps. Furnishings are lovely. Contemporary bathroom.

Location ..Location… This hotel is all about where it is !! Staff very attentive and helpful Our room which was the Suite..had its own balcony and was quite roomy. It’s the 2nd time I have stayed here …won’t be the last .. GW.

Beautiful hotel excellent location just right on the piazza di spagna amazingly good staff especially Angela and the other girl at the night shift and the porter !!!! Angela is so helpful very professional indeed

I fell in love w/ this hotel the first time I stayed here. This was my third stay here! It’s a lovely boutique hotel right in the middle of the Spanish Steps. The bedrooms are a nice size, very comfortable beds & immaculate bathrooms. The front desk & staff all friendly & helpful. I stayed in my favorite room #525 with its little balcony w/ table & two chairs. The location is ideal for walking to everything. I will stay here my next visit & then then next & highly recommend!
