I stayed here because it was close to the 3 Mermaid Cafe Restaurant. The room was spacious and included breakfast. The front desk staff gave clear directions. I appreciated that there was a hair dryer in the room. My only complaint was that the sink drain wasn’t draining well.

Really good hotel for the price. We wasn't in it much but staff were friendly and room was always cleaned. Pool was good for the little one.

Average service, room condition and cleanliness.

The 1st room we were given had a plugged up shower drain. Had to get them to unplug it 3 times. Not sure why they didn’t test it before saying it was good. Something in the room made my wife have a sinus problem. Requested a refund but was told we should have notified them as soon as we stepped into the room. How were we to know the shower was plugged and it would affect her sinus? Was moved to a poolside room which was nice but found it weird they had to transfer the TV from our 1st room. Only was a 20” TV. Other than that stay was nice. Breakfast had a nice selection. Gym equipment was minimal but full gym a block away.

I liked the location of this hotel.

It’s good

The housekeeping and front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Areas that can be improved are soundproofing the walls as the traffic noise was incredibly loud at 1/2am. The breakfast (fried rice) looked and tasted horrible, the eggs were too runny and the ham was tasteless. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay as the location was central to many places.

It's near Big Budhha. So convenient to visit. But as hotel is on hill side, and far from beach and city centre. Difficult to walk down and up

The free breakfast was pretty amazing we don’t get the in the western world unless you 400$ a night
