The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

⭐ 1/5 – Una experiencia muy decepcionante Definitivamente, no recomiendo este hotel. Desde que llegamos, la experiencia fue muy mala. Las instalaciones estaban sucias, había muchísima humedad y el ambiente se sentía descuidado y poco agradable. La comida fue uno de los peores aspectos de nuestra estadía: muy poca variedad, mala calidad y, lo más desagradable, había guasasa por todas partes alrededor de la comida. La falta de higiene en las áreas de alimentos fue realmente preocupante. El servicio tampoco ayudó a mejorar la experiencia. Muchos de los empleados parecían no tener ganas de trabajar ni de atender a los huéspedes. La atención fue indiferente y poco amable. Además, durante nuestra estadía nos encontramos con la presencia de cocodrilos en los alrededores, algo sobre lo que, según nuestra experiencia, no recibimos ninguna advertencia o información previa por parte del hotel. Considero que este tipo de información debería comunicarse claramente a los huéspedes por razones de seguridad. Para el precio y la experiencia que uno espera al reservar unas vacaciones, este hotel deja muchísimo que desear. Necesita urgentemente mejorar la limpieza, controlar la humedad, ofrecer comida de mejor calidad y variedad, cuidar mucho más la higiene, mejorar el servicio al cliente y mantener a los huéspedes debidamente informados sobre posibles riesgos en los alrededores. Fue una gran decepción. Definitivamente, no regresaría ni lo recomendaría.

My husband and I visited July 2026 everyone was so so friendly and welcoming the hospitality is top tier. The food was fresh and good also the entertainment in the lounge area was nice. However the rooms are not like the pictures on the website the rooms are dual looking and some moments the room got musty doing rain. Overall we had a great time and we will definitely be visiting again…

We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the junior suite and it was amazing! The food was good and tasty! And the wildlife was interesting sloths, iguanas, and raccoons. We definitely plan to come back really soon!

Staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. If you want to tip make sure you bring your own small bills as know one on the property was able to give you change. The rooms could use some updating. Try to call room service or front desk from room, and just kept getting a busy signal. Pools and outdoor facilities are well maintained much more so than the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful; the views and its location make you feel like you are on a secluded island. The staff w outstanding, and the room was cleaned every day and smelled really good. Our beachfront view was a plus. Room service was great as well. We loved Geraldine from the kids club! She was amazing and worked great with the kids. Juan Pablo our server at Oceana restaurant was outstanding; he took us on a culinary experience with food and drink recommendations on our first night and last night there. The bartenders Manuel and I believe Romelino(I may have spelled that incorrectly) were phenomenal. Mr Carlos in the lobby area was friendly and helpful many times. So shout out to them. A few suggestions: French restaurant should not exclude kids; we pride ourselves on taking our son to different places and try different cuisines. The poolside buffet place although convenient at night I saw many German roaches by the desserts. After that I didn' want to eat there again. The little side-burger-hot-dog spot in the back by the pool was awesome! I loved it for a quick bite. I think entertainment needs to be much better. From around 3-6 p my husband and I were tired of the pool and beach and wish we could have something else to do. In other resorts we have visited they had many activities to do by the hour with staff engaging guest and rounding us up to do it. From volleyball to Zumba in the water, etc.There was yoga in the water, but it wasn't obvious to guests. My husband did it.

The resort is kind of weathered. Needs some updating. The food at the restaurants were good quality. The buffet was ok some food was not covered and bugs were land on food.

Very clean spacious rooms with views of the beach and resort. Breakfast was excellent!!! Staff was pleasant and willing to help!
