Check in was very good. There is a long, steep set of steps at the entrance that you must climb to get to the check in desk and your room. (No elevator at the entrance, but one in the hotel itself.) As far as the staff goes, one gentleman was awesome and friendly. The rest wasn’t as friendly or helpful. The room was small and the shower was extremely small, but it suited us fine for a few days. The room didn’t cool very well, but we also like the temperature a lot lower than most. I would stay here again.

The rooms, while a bit dated in decor, were clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the Rome Termini bus and train station. The front desk staff was helpful. Would stay there again.

The rooms were spotless, staff very friendly, buffet breakfast available.

You must wakl a lot of seps to get to lobby. Elevator starts on second floor and very small. Staff was friendly. Did not eat there.

The room was generally comfortable, but unfortunately, I found 2 cockroaches in the room, which I didn’t make a fuss about and removed myself, but this certainly would put a lot of people off. That being said, the bathroom was very modern and clean, and the bed was very comfortable.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean and adequate size considering you are just using them to store your bags and sleep. No real down sides to this location. Centrally located 15 minutes to Trevi and 24 minutes to Piazza Nouva. No matter who worked the desk they were all really nice and willing to help. Would 100% stay again.

Some staff, one in particular was rude and unhelpful. Their WiFi was unreliable. One morning the WiFi lost internet connection. The lobby staff blamed it on my phone even after another customer also reported the same problem on the spot. The rude lobbby
