少しがっかり家族と滞在
Things I liked:
-Front desk staff was really kind and welcoming. Especially AbdulBari who went above and beyond to accommodate. Def the best part about the stay.
- breakfast on R was great with helpful staff.
Things I didn’t like:
-housekeeping supervisor was not friendly (Egyptian) I forgot his name. We had issues where they wouldn’t replenish water. Overall I was a bit disappointed with the housekeeping. The most useful and helpful person was Arif who would go above and beyond - that was the best part.
- elevator system is terrible. It would stop on every floor before going to your final floor.
- rooms were outdated with limited plugs
- bathrooms were outdated with no liquid hand soap. They had the bar soap which is not sanitary to use for multi purpose - eg if you have to wash your hands after bathroom and then wash your hand before or after eating food - you would have to use the same soap - very unhygienic.
- gahwa would always finish in the lobby.

最高 Had a wonderful stay at Pullman Zamzam. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Overall a very pleasant experience and I would happily stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, and there was plenty of room for extra activities. My stay was 3 nights; some of the things were outdated, and no USB or USB-C connection. Location was excellent, walking distance to Haram. Plenty of things to do around. If you are there just for a spiritual visit, this hotel is perfect. It is a 3-star, and I don't mind staying here again.
