Everything was good except for a strong "wet dog" like smell on the first floor. Not sure if it was included in the description, but you also do not have private bathrooms as they are shared with the rest of the floor.

It was nice and clean. Very small room, but it was only for 1 night so it was ok. I would not stay there for a week, but maybe they have bigger rooms.
You can hear everything from the room, your neighbours and cars/sirens outside, it's very noisy, bring ear plugs.
There was no fridge, witch was disappointing. We saw it in the pictures, but not all rooms have it. There is a shared one at the lobby.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
15 min from Lisbonne airport so it was perfectly located for us.

We were surprised how quiet the room was. Small but great for overnight stay. Clean and comfortable. Staff very good. They have luggage storage available. Good location

The location and hotel were very nice, we were on the 8th floor and elevator only went to 7th floor so could be difficult for some travelers. The hotel was very different to what we have in Canada so keep that in mind. We felt very safe so that was fantastic, and the staff were very helpful.
