フロント前の宿泊者専用のドリンクスペース あれはいい‼️

スタッフの対応が丁寧で素晴らしかった。

観光地に近くて便利なホテルでした。

The AC is weak. A bit hot inside the room. The room has smell. Free drinks and alcohol Amazing staffs.

Very very dated hotel. Hotel was a distance away from the train station so it was inconvenient to get to the hotel with luggage and then head back to the train station for meals and head back again. There was a musky smell in the room and the countertops were dusty. We borrowed a fan from the laundry room to use in the room just to circulate the air as the aircon is not working well (in addition to the smell). Washing machine was dirty and didn’t look like it has been maintained. It was raining when we arrived so there’s no view of mountains, only the radio tower and buildings can be seen.

I gave a lower score for comfort because the pillow was so hard and uncomfortable that I had to buy a new one. If you like hard pillows you'll be fine.

The carpet in the room was stained. The room was too small. The bathroom was Very small & we were happy not to use it. We left the hotel at about 5:00 am in the morning. The bed sheets were clean. We would not stay again. No comments about the other amenities as we did not use any

its conveniant near train station. We just stayed there for a night. Most people there are business people,

My friend and I arrived Toyama at 5pm and spent one night there so we didn't visit much but we liked the room we stayed because it was really spacious and clean yet the hotel price was reasonable. The lobby looked as if it was 4 or 5 stars hotel. The hotel receptionists were very helpful and friendly. They were willing to assist my friend whom she lost her wallet and were advised to go to the police station. After one week later, she was informed that her wallet were found. She were thrilled and happy.
