Clean and cosy. The street is noisy.

Location, easy to travel to main places

Room was very clean. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. Ultra central location within walking distance of all major attractions. Highly recommend.

We were happy with the hotel overall. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful as it was our first time in Amsterdam. The room was quite outdated and the bathroom needed renovating but didn’t make a big difference to our stay. Location was perfect as it was right next to Dan Square. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on that but the restaurant looked lovely. Overall, I would stay again.

As others have said, this hotel is located in an excellent, central location. While this means that you are a 10-minute walk to the train station and all restaurants and shops are within a stone's throw, it also means that you are staying on the most crowded, busiest, and loudest street in the city. So if you're looking for a quaint place to stay, this isn't it! However, once in the room, we couldn't hear the street at all (we were in the back of the hotel, also looking out on a busy walking street). We could easily relax in the room and feel removed from the hustle and bustle. We also loved how large our room was. We had a superior double room, and we had so much space. The bathroom was spacious, and it was a great room for two people. Housekeeping does an excellent job every single day. Our room was always cleaned meticulously. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant as there were so many other options close by. For future visits, I would definitely consider staying here again. I loved having so many cafes and shops close by, but I was not a fan of the crazy street scene outside the hotel, so that would be the only reason I may consider a different hotel. That being said, everything within the hotel's control was fabulous, and I would highly recommend it.

Great room with an even better view of Adam Square. What a great little hotel. Our new home when we visit Amsterdam!

The central location of the hotel is incredible - 10 walk to the train station and most tourist attractions. The room itself was rather small. When we arrived there was hair on the walls and floor of the bathroom - which was properly cleaned after I complained. The walls are pretty thin, while we didn’t hear the outside much, you could hear neighboring hotel guests very loudly, if they were chatting or having a shower. Something to consider if you’re a light sleeper. Breakfast was good, nice selection, expensive but seems to be en par with the rest of the city.

Great location. Close to Central station. Walkable to restaurants, shops, Historical sites. Appreciated the air conditioning. Great size room.

Extractor fan broken on arrivam, but beds very comfortable, great pillows. Stagg friendly and helpful. Room as deacribed.
