The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. Having breakfast and a shuttle was helpful too. There was a weird smell in the room. Also, there might be small gaps in the window and because it was windy, there was constantly a whistling sound in the room. Also the bed sheets are of very low quality.

I can't say enough good things about assistant manager, Francisco. He was pleasant while being professional and very helpful. You truly have a gem in him. On a different note, the continental breakfast wasn't very good. Most hotels have a waffle or pancake maker and typically have some sort of meat. Also, it wouldve been nice to have a coffee/hot water maker in the room instead of having to go to the lobby to get a beverage The lobby was clean and inviting

The gentleman who run the shuttle services are second to none. One of the gals at the front desk was stellar beyond reproach. The rest of my stay was a massive gouge on my wallet

Excellent hotel for airport layover stays. Extremely comfortable beds, clean rooms, good amenities, and courteous staff. My only complaint is that it’s very loud at night with travelers coming and going you can hear door slamming and people walking and kids yelling and running so if you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend it.

I did get stuck in the elevator for a moment. That was a bit unnerving. Everything else was nice. I would love to have some hit options for breakfast. There is room and capability.
