The room was spotless. The staff were around but not overbearing. The air conditioner worked well. The shower was fine, did the job. The location was exceptional. The only sad thing -there was no natural daylight in the room because the window had frosted glass. So you didn’t know if it was sunny, raining or cloudy outside. They have a beautiful waiting area on the 2nd floor, where they have ice buckets for ice, a vending machine for drinks, they have washing machines and driers that are available- I didn’t use so I cannot comment. You have to ask for an iron and board, it’s easy enough at reception. The rooms are small for but normal for Japan. What I would say is if it didn’t have a frosted window the room felt sufficient. There was no queueing for the lift or waiting ages. It’s a three star which was a concern but in reality it shouldn’t be. It was comparable to the four star hotels that we stayed in.

This is great hotel that is great location for people that are visiting Japan first time. Alittle tip the door is alittle confusing when you walk up it’s sliding wooded door overall was great place to stay

Very basic, hostel style accommodation. Clean, comfortable bed but there’s no window to look out of, no artwork, no place to sit. There’s no gym on property (have to pay to use another facility). So, it did the job, but was not a special experience.

Staff was very polite and very helpful. My son left a set of headphones from the previous hotel. One of the front desk associates at Flag helped and made some phone calls, made arrangements to ship the headphones not to this hotel (since we only staying for 2 nights) but to send it to our next hotel. The headphones were at the next hotel waiting for us along with out luggage at the lobby. Rooms were modern, bathroom were roomy and nice.

Stay was great. Staff were super helpful. Excellent location and close to the station. Housekeeping could be a bit more consistent with replacing toothbrushes daily like in other hotels. Also there was mold developing in the shower door corner so a deep clean would have been appropriate.

Perfect location for Shinsaibashi shopping, Dontonbori, Namba, and Kuromon Market. The hotel room was nice and bathroom excellent. Breakfast was great! Would stay there again!
