This place is fantastic, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s huge. We are 3 adults and 2 teenagers, so much room for all of us. The bathrooms are very nice. We opened the windows and looked down to see a canal. We had a contact person named Simon. He was great to communicate with and even arranged water taxi for us at our request.

The lift to the 3rd floor was wonderful. The size of the apartment was larger than expected, and we appreciated it. The location was also very nice and the space looked just like the photos. Would certainly stay here again. We did wish there was a moka pot or coffee maker of some sort. Would highly recommend anyone staying here to bring ear plugs for the boat traffic in the late and very early hours of the day.

Great location, great and spacious fully equipped appartement. Clean spotless. Only negative is that the bed is not very comfortable

Location was fantastic, really good view of canal and close to everything. It was clean and had excellent communication with the staff/owner. It could use a few things: a coffee pot or French press and new sleeping pillows. It was suitable for a quick stay in Venice.

Do yourself a favour and book this apartment. The location is amazing and the unit is fantastic. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
