The room was clean and spacious. Staff helpful and welcoming. Breakfast delicious and an excellent service at the bar. Quiet around the hotel, beautiful garden. Close to the tube station.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a good night’s sleep. Overall, it offered excellent value for the money paid.
The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of options. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful, both at the reception and in the breakfast area, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The hotel itself is attractive, with well-designed interiors and a nice exterior appearance that creates a welcoming atmosphere.
One area for improvement would be the check-in and check-out process. Both took longer than expected at the reception desk, and a more efficient process would further enhance the guest experience.
Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily consider staying here again.

The property is huge and communal areas are nice and clean. Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. It’s a bit far off from the centre, 30 minutes to the centre. The staff let us keep our bags until after we checked out, which was nice. The garden are huge and beautiful, but I wouldn’t not stay so much for the rooms.

The hotel was average at best with mediocre breakfast. What really stood out was that this was the first hotel ever to refuse me a baby/child crib.

少しがっかり I would give this hotel 0-stars if I could. Was moved from room to room (3 times) only to encounter a room dirtier than the last. Dirt, hair and bugs. DO NOT STAY HERE.
