Very authentic Japanese hotel with fine French dinner. Wine set is well chosen! Only issue is that shuttle bus is not as frequent as what I expected!

The room and its amenities are really excellent. New and clean, and my room's window is facing the inner garden, making a very nice view. With a table inside the room, you can enjoy ur meal.
Nearby there is not much to see and eat. Only McDonald and a small supermarket. The way to go food court in the outlet is about 15 min by walk. Shuttle bus to the outlet is not frequent and the last one going back to the hotel is 1830. It's really too early. not friendly enough to the tourist.

I booked a room for my 2 children (7 and 5) and me. When I arrived only two beds were ready and I was asked to pay additional fees to have a bed prepared for my 2nd child. This is absolutely unacceptable.

Hotel’s great, with complimentary shuttle bus to the train station and ski resort. The room for 3 of us was huge by Japanese standards, and the breakfast had a pretty good spread.

The staff of the hotel is very helpful. The room is large and comfortable. Buffer breakfast is good with many food varieties. Onsen bath area is ok. Overall impression is very good. It is a value for money choice.
