Appalled at our service. There were blood stains on our bedsheet and when we requested for a new one we were told “We don’t have any clean sheets and MAYBE try again tomorrow” So they wanted us to sleep in dirty sheets? Not sure how that makes sense when we are paying for a clean place to stay. The beds were very uncomfortable and the shower drain was clogged before we even got there. We booked this hotel because we wanted a washer and dryer, however when booking they failed to mention that the dryer was out of service.

The room and building was well maintained but the staff were unable to communicate and the no room service also hurt the experience and made the room difficult to be in

Great staying, we got a big room it felt like a studio, pretty clean and nice, Bed was SUPER comfortable, the port to Tokashiki island is 23 mins walking, so very convenient for the plans that I had, and was 8 mins away from the airport in car, love the hotel, pretty convenient, i do recommend drying your cloth in a laundry mat because the dryer wasn’t drying the clothes very well, other than that, great hotel for the price,

Not the friendliest staff. Room is quite small and there is no staff available till 1pm.

It didn’t felt like an hotel room. It felt more like an apartment room

Great location and place was clean and decent for a single person stay. Walking distance to food and entertainment, would stay again.

It's a convenient place, the room is large and the staff is nice. I would have appreciated more equipement in the room (dishes, stand for towels...)

The hotel is very close to the beach and you can see the ocean from the balcony. A little at least :) The reception is only available after 3pm unfortunately. Kitchen utensils are not included and you need to rent them for ¥1000 a day. That’s a bit much. We stayed at other Mr. Kinjo Hotels and this had the lowest standards overall. All in all we got a good value for the money. If your primary criteria is close to the beach, we can recommend the hotel.
