Parking was just too expressive. The lady at the front desk was not pleasant at all. Over all I give it a 7. Hotel and room was very clean.

The location to the beach and some of the amenities were good - loungers and umbrellas free on private beach with your stay.

The property was nothing spectacular. A cleaning cart was left in the elevator, workers looked overwhelmed and unhappy, pool water was green, in my bedroom the phone did not work at ALL, the coffee machine was broken, the lamp life kept on flicking and they had no entertainment, besides that the front desk staff was approachable and professional. Oh!! The parking situation is horrible and costly.

Location is good. Property is outdated and the front desk was understaffed! Poor kid was trying to do it alone- I waited close to 45 minutes to check in.

Room was dirty, sticky things and splashes all over the wall. Had to ask multiple times for it to be cleaned and then just quit asking because it was not getting done.

I’ve worked in the hospitality business for over forty years, and excellent is not a word I use freely… but everyone was so friendly and welcoming from the way we were greeted at the front desk, the amazing beach and clean rooms. I would absolutely recommend B Ocean Resort Hotel to anyone.

The room was clean and bed very comfortable. We stayed in the Beach Tower with easy access to the beach and a great view. We had easy access to the outdoor pool also.
