ドライヤーは壊れていて動かなかった。wifiの情報も教えてもらえず、メッセージも返信はないしレセプションも離れた場所あるため結局インターネットも使えなかった

Residence le Pastel Jeanne d’Arc – Toulouse Very disappointing stay 👎 The only positive thing about this place is the convenient location. Unfortunately, everything else was far below expectations. The room was very small, old, and had an unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable and even a bit creepy, which made it hard to relax. We originally booked and paid for two nights, but after the first night, we decided to leave early because we simply didn’t feel comfortable staying longer. Overall experience: 1/10. Would not recommend.

La comunicación con el personal del hotel. Costaba mucho contactarles y no se comunicaban bien en Inglés o Español. Además en la descripción indica que disponen de parking cerca de las instalaciones, y era un parking privado de pago, a 10 minutos andando del hotel. Y para acceder al parking había que contactar con el hotel, y muchas veces no respondían.

Les montants de portes pourraient être plus propes, et il manque au moins une casserole et une poêle, 1 tasse et quelques couverts dans le coin cuisine

Ce n'est pas un "appartement" c une simple chambre. La localisation est bien centrale mais la chambre en soi a besoin d'un coup de rénovation : joints noircis, carrelage taché, ça ne donnait pas très envie de prendre une douche. Cependant, les draps étaient propres et c'est le plus important.

Hôtel très bien placé, studio bien pensé, espace optimisé. Dommage, gros défaut d'entretien ! Porte de salle de bain ne ferme pas, depuis longtemps sans doute! Manque vaisselle...

O quarto estava limpo, mas não muito. Acomodação com sacada, cozinha, suíte. Um bom custo benefício para Toulouse, além de uma boa localização. Check in confuso, tem que ir em outro hotel receber o cartão de acesso.
