最高 I liked how calm and quiet everything was and how we had amenities for free. The staff made me feel welcomed from start to finish and they even kept my luggage for free before I checked in. Everything was clean and the rooms were like a cute little home. I will definitely visit again when I come back to Japan!

良い Staff mainly want you to use a machine instead of bothering them. Room is smaller than average Japanese hotel, and just a place to sleep and put your stuff. The room could use more storage instead of needing to block the door with your luggage.

とても良い The hotel staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel room was clean, amenities were sufficient and useful. Unfortunately, the water dispenser was outside the hotel room otherwise all was well.

とても良い Clean rooms and helpful staff. We had problems with AC as it would never switch in to cold. Problem was with the remote having some indicators in Japanese. Had to calm the front desk twice to see the controls and eventually they came to the room to explain how to set it up. Room and bathroom were too small. Could not move around the bathroom and had to climb up one step which was an inconvenience.

少しがっかり The room was very small and could barely fit our suitcase in the room. The bathroom was also very small and cramped. Both the AC and Dehumidifier were old and there was a lot of mold in the AC unit that could also be smelled and seen. We stayed in other hotels in Japan and did not have this experience.

Hotel was clean and staff were efficient. The hotel is near the metro and is near shops and convenience stores. We had a family of 5 and two adjacent rooms were provided with the sliding door open. This was sufficient for our stay. We also had two bathrooms which was convenient. Good spot to stay. We will consider staying here again when we return to Osaka.

Amazing staff and beautiful lobby. However the rooms are tiny. My 6’ son had to bend over to get in the bathroom and the beds are up against the wall. No space at all to hang clothes.
