Lovely room with verandah overlooking lagoon & ocean. Staff absolutely fantastic, all staff from manager to waiting to cleaning & reception. Nothing too much for them.

The hotel was perfect for landing in the Maldives and acclimating before heading to one of the islands. It was exceptionally clean, the room was well appointed and the air-con was very cold (which was much needed in the heat!). The staff were friendly and very helpful, the restaurant allowed for alterations to menu items which is helpful with my food intolerances. I highly recommend this hotel to people passing through. Definitely go for a walk in the local area to find some gems!

Reception staff was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was facing the ocean which was nice, but unfortunately the bathroom had an unpleasant smell of sewage. The rooms are very small, fealt too small for 3 persons. The location is ok 1st row by the beach, but unfortunately there was alot of trash everywhere on street and by the beach at time of our visit so we didnt use the beach for this reason. It was not clean. Good value hotel for up to a couple of nights or waiting for flight as its only around 15 mins to airport by car. Breakfast buffet was simple but fresh and nice. Restaurant was located on the top floor so the view was great from there.

Very convenient for a quick stop over as airport shuttle is included, very tasty breakfast which is also included. Accommodating staff and very helpful. Definitely stay again.

Hotel claims to be 4 Star rating and even their prices are such. I would probably rate it closer to a 3. The breakfast included was basic and while they stated that service starts at 7am, half the food only shows up at 7:45am including coffee. Toilet was small although i had the upgraded deluxe room. There was also a sound tick that kept going off throughout my 1 night stay. Lastly, for that price of Usd 300 i think its highly overpriced and overrated. Only positive note was the front desk staff and the limo transport to the airport.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and I found the lobby both spacious and comfortable. However, the hotel uses a very strong air freshener with a scent that I found quite bothersome. While our standard room (606) was small, it remained cozy. That said, the bathroom was very cramped, and some of the fixtures did not work properly. The breakfast was adequate, but quality could be better.

All staff were courteous and the restaurant was priced well with good food. The room however was not what we expected based on the information provided on Expedia. It was extremely small with a tiny bathroom and didn’t have a have a balcony or sensible window for that matter. For the price it was not acceptable.

Old hotel, rooms and bathroom smells terrible, unkept hotel. This is NOT a 4* hotel. The room is tiny, and smells very bad like the sewage water runs through the bathroom. Very very unpleasant. The toilet bowl is stained, very worn out, and certainly needs to be replaced. No hot water after one person showers. Would never stay here again and would not recommend.

Amazing stay at Hotel OG! The staff was extremely attentive; the view was spectacular; and the location was undeniable. The room was a little small but who really stays in the room when you are in paradise? The food at The Cloud was great! I cannot say enough good things about this place!!
