Place was good to stay EXCEPT that we had to pay 3 X the normal pricing due to BTS was performing during that time of stay. This was our change in Busan. Suppose you get what you paid for and we had no choice as we are flying in the next day due to changes in the placed booked much earlier. Other than the price for a 3 star hotel everything was good.

Breakfast was good, staf was extremely helpful. Rooms were definitely older and worn but was clean and fresh.

Hotel is convenient and the room was clean and spacious. It was a modern Korean style where you take off your shoes first.

Pros: Big room with laundry Cons: You cannot leave the hotel room if you start a 2 hour laundry cycle There is no dryer They forbid you from charging your devices when you are out of the room They did not let me make a (toll-free) call to unlock a credit card. Furthermore, they kept cryptically changing their reason/excuse

Friendly and polite staff. Room is spacious but could improve tremendously if able to adjust heating temperature in room as it was a bit chilly.

We made a late-night booking at a highly inflated rate to arrive after midnight with a 20-month old baby. To our surprise, we were welcomed with the person at reception repeatedly shouting no no no no no, maximum 2 people and babies are no exception. I have never been to a hotel where babies under 2 are not an exception and I have travelled extensively. In the end after some arguing, we were blackmailed for another inflated extra charge, the person at reception even said pay that otherwise, otherwise what? Throw us out with the baby on the street at 1am? He kept saying it's hotel policy, then they should state all their strict policies on Expedia, it is too late to say that when the guests have already arrived. The next morning, we were rushed out of the room with a phone call to 30 minutes before the check-out time. Again, I have stayed at countless hotels around the world including South Korea and this never happened to me before. The included breakfast practically looked like a pre-packaged meal box you find at 7-Eleven, and they rang the door at 8am waking us up just for that. The room does not even have a table for eating. I don't normally write reviews, but this is an exception.

Hotel is very convenient to public transport. Staff are nice. Breakfast is also included in the room rate and is delicious. There is a laundromat 5 minutes away which is great.

The room is very outdated, the bed was horrible, very hard and It made a noise like a piece of wood underneath is broken. They need to change the mattresses. I Will definitely not be back.

Both receptionists were nice

Pros: - A very short walk away from the Seomyeon station and tons of famous restaurants and bars. Overall it's a SUPER great location for the price. - The female staff member who checked us in was absolutely lovely and regularly asked us if we needed towels and water and if we needed our room cleaned. - Breakfast was brought to the room every morning at 8am, and although portions were child-sized, they were delicious. Cons: - AC seems old and kept randomly turning off minutes after we turned it on. - The room wasn't super clean when we checked in, likely because the window had been kept open before we checked in so the floors and surfaces were covered in a thin film of dust and dirt. - There is no lock or curtain on/in the bathroom for privacy and the sliding bathroom door kept sliding slightly open even when we tried to put things to hold it closed. No matter who you stay with (in my case, my mother), it made for very awkward pooping time. 😅
