Staff was very nice. Accessible subway station 4 min walk away. Our room was cleaned everyday and bed was made

I had a great time in the hotel with my friends! The staff was helpful and nice.

This was a great hotel. The location is okay, but far from a lot we were doing. Also, the terrace was closed unfortunately for us because of construction.

Clean, quiet, and perfect for a quick stay for work! Will come back for sure.

Nice place, will book again

While the hotel itself was clean, the front desk staff were less than pleasant. Short tempered, and just couldn't be bothered. In addition, the rooms are really small, so small that anyone with more than a checked luggage will struggle. We had 3 carry on and we were falling over them. The walls are so thin that any normal volume conversation in the next room was understandable. Breakfast was included but it was old bagels, and pre cooked waffles that the staff handled, without gloves. Finally, we opted for turn down service daily, they came in and made the beds but thats about it, for example, I requested coffee refills for the in room machine, they sent the coffee bags but nothing else. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel and I would not stay here again.
