The room was clean, the staff was friendly, the hotel was very quiet and having AC was a nice surprise in the heat. I would recommend this hotel and the team room worked great for our family of five.

The spa is too small. They have room for multiple spa/pools and there should be a sun shade,. The staff was perfection. Cleaning service staff were so sweet and kindly just switched towels and took trash as needed for a 3 night stay. Shout out to Gerard, who was the chef's kiss to our entire stay. He made us feel so welcome! He had coffee brewing pre breakfast service on our departure day, as well as meaningful conversation. Just a blessing to my husband and I. Most natural, yet accommodating, hotel experience at a budget friendly price point. We booked 2 rooms for our family of 7. They knew to place our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great! On site parking was great! Everything was good here, but I have to stress that the staff made it great. Housekeeping, kitchen, desk were great. Gerard was above and beyond and took this place from an 8.5 to a 10. Hope he sees this. My husband misses you! Me too my friend!

The breakfast was good, but the team rooms worked well for us, and the air conditioning was really nice during the heatwave!

Clean hotel serves its purpose

What a fabulous hotel! It is modern, has one of the best showers in Europe and is perfectly located in Munich. I was so pleased with this hotel that I would give it more stars if I could! I wish more properties were like this!

Typically poor Munich hotel. At least it has air conditioning. But don't expect much else.

Awesome place! The location is very central and near public transportation. The staff is friendly, helpful, and multilingual. We stayed in the team room and enjoyed the slumber party experience.

We had a wonderful stay here! I came with a group of 5 on a girls trip. The team room was the perfect accommodation. We all got our own space to keep our stuff and not have to co-sleep but we were still close and together! Was so comfy and the bed frames had so much storage to make it easy to access your stuff. I used my drawer to put my bag so I can see all of my clothing options. The room also had two bathrooms which was perfect in a bigger group like that. My only complaint would be that the shower floor and the bathroom floor had no separation, so anytime anyone showered, the whole floor was soaking wet. The location was fabulous, felt very safe. Close to trains making it easy and safe to get anywhere. Grocery stores and good coffee very close by. If I get the chance to return to Munich, I would certainly be elated to return here!

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices. The hot tub however was like a lukewarm bath. We did enjoy the location and all sites were in reasonable walking distance. Munich is a lovely city. Very impressed.
