Had a wonderful stay here. The staff were consistently friendly and kind the entire 7 days I was there. Very clean and the food was excellent. The pool area is lovely and the hotel is close to the tram and to the beach - could quickly walk over.

All are great.

Breakfast take too long to get a sit and when you finally get a table there we’re not food on display

This place always stuffs up a booking and admin.

It is good, just not what it used to be. It is run down. The pool needs updated, the lazy river is very lazy- lacks power stream. I miss having a deli/coffee shop in the hotel that you could stop at for a dessert and a coffee. The valet weren't great, they didn't greet us or offer to get our bags. The reception staff inside were lovely though. The poolside menu needs work, whats on offer is odd - people are by the pool, we want club sandwich, salads, acai bowls, snacks, smoothies, not a lobster roll with cavier. In the rooms, there aren't any spoons, how do you suggest people stir coffees or teas, so bizarre.
