Disappointing Stay – Avoid This Hotel I had a very frustrating experience at this hotel and would strongly advise future travelers to look elsewhere. The property is poorly maintained, and the service falls far below any reasonable standard. Key issues included: Lack of Amenities & Services: Despite what is stated at the time of booking, the hotel does not offer airport or city transportation. Furthermore, basic room amenities like soap were missing. There is no business center available, making it impossible to even print travel documents. Accessibility & Layout: The room was difficult to access, with no convenient elevator or clear exit path. Avoid the 6th floor at all costs; the ceiling is incredibly low, and the lack of soundproofing means you hear constant noise from the street. Communication Barrier: None of the staff spoke English, French, or any language other than Turkish. They were unable to provide basic directions or local recommendations, making it very difficult to navigate the city. Room Quality & Noise: The room was not properly sealed, leading to constant noise from outside and neighboring rooms. The walls are thin, and you can hear everything happening in adjacent suites. The experience was so poor that I checked out early. This hotel is simply not worth the price or the stress.

All the channels are in Turkish, you cannot stream Netflix. I ordered tenderloin steak plate. It came rare cooked so I asked for medium. It came back burnt. I didn’t complain. I just ate it. It was late and I was tired. It is a nice hotel but it’s a bit old. It’s clean the the sauna and steam rooms are good.

We checked in around 8 PM, but the room they gave us was not clean and ready and we had to go through the whole process over again. The elevator was not working, in which it was very inconvenient.

in the nighttime, the bathroom roof was leaking and I called the reception and I tell them you guys can you change the room for me and he said we cannot because the rooms is full and also I paid for breakfast for two people two people and when I come back around like 10 o’clock, and I asked them about the breakfast he say you cannot you have to pay extra for breakfast

I booked the room for my wife for two nights. Despite the reservation, she didn’t stay any of the nights due to the strong and lingering cigarette smell. Luckily, she has friends in the area and ultimately stayed with them. She pretty much used the room just to leave her stuff. Will never book here again.
