Old room needs updating . The AC was weak .

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool was nice. And the process of checking in was so easy. Witch it's always a important thing to me. I wish the rooms were a little bigger. And the breakfast could of been a little better with more options. But all in all I very much enjoyed my stay here. It's an amazing place for the price an area.

No trash can or coffee in room, basics i think.

Cleanliness – ★★★★☆ The hotel’s public areas were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The lobby, restaurants, swimming pool area, and picnic spaces were spotless, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The room itself was fairly clean, but the bathroom and shower needed more attention to detail. Overall, cleanliness was good, but there’s room for improvement in the guest rooms. Staff & Service – ★★★★★ This is where the property truly shines! Both housekeeping and culinary teams provided excellent service, especially when specific requests were made. Comfort & Facilities – ★★★☆☆ The bed had an extremely soft mattress, which made sleeping uncomfortable and affected overall rest. The pool water was cloudy upon arrival, but maintenance staff quickly addressed the issue, and within an hour, the water cleared enough for a pleasant swim. The restaurant was quaint, quiet, and welcoming, offering a cozy dining experience. Due to the poor sleep quality, I’m deducting one star in this category. Location – ★★★★★ The hotel’s location was excellent—easily accessible off a main highway and only about 15 minutes from downtown Lucena. Value for Money – ★★★★☆ For the price paid, the stay offered good value overall. However, I was surprised by a ₱1,000 damage deposit upon arrival, which wasn’t disclosed on the Expedia listing. This felt like a hidden fee, so I’m deducting one star for transparency. Overall Rating: 4 out of 5 stars!

Overall our stay was very pleasurable. The only issues we had were that the pool was colder than we were hoping for and the mattress was thin.

The room was smelly and stinks! We occupied room F14.

Minutes after checking in and putting our stuff down, a big rat was discovered under the bed. I opened the door and called a couple of housekeepers to sweep up rat droppings and locate to remove the big rat out of our room. After a few minutes, the rat came running out the room and the staff had a big laugh. We were too tired to ask for another room and none was offered anyway, so we stayed on the same one for the rest of our stay. The staff were amazing but the property was outdated and requires maintenance. Never again!
