The location (next to mrt) is good, staff friendly and room clean. If available for a good price take it. My aircon was warm, I was told it was fixed but it was still warm. We booked 2 rooms for 7 days so could verify the significant difference and sleeping was not easy. We also requested an early check in but was told the occupancy was high. This would have been fine, but when I enquired about this randomly with a helpful staff member, I was the told that the floor was not busy. Could have gone the extra mile but obviously too hard. Not so much a problem as it’s a good one off hotel depending on the price but defiantly not a go to hotel as there are better choices in the immediate area.

The breakfast selection was great. Mixed of continental and chinese. The room has great views of the sea. There’s a huge sign at the lift lobby to remind the guest that no durians are allowed.

The receiptionist was really helpful. I asked for 20mins for packing, and he extended my stay for one hour.

It was a good hotel and the location was next to the MRT. Did not have breakfast but the rooms were nice and big

My birthday came within my stay in your hotel and I very surprised and gladed to receive your kind birthday cake on the desk in room,

Clean room good food

Everything was great apart from the noise coming from the room next door until 1am
