The 24hrs airport shuttle was one of the main reasons why I chose the Doubletree. I didn't have to stress about not getting picked me up on time for a 5am flight. Second reason was the location and the convenience of walking to places. The Westfield mall, restaurants, stores, etc...were all within walking distance. The front desk staff was nice and helpful. Khit (sp?) was very helpful when I called to request a shuttle from the airport. I have never been to Seattle so I didn't know where to catch the shuttle. She was very nice during check in as well. I would stay at the Doubletree Southcenter again.

The poverty was very clean, the room was very clean. The bed felt wonderful. I had a very deep sleep. The room was very spacious for our family of five. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at the hotel. We will definitely be returning!

The hotel is a bit outdated for the price. Disappointed that it’s a family friendly hotel, but there’s no microwave in the room. The connecting door to the next room is pretty bad. We heard our neighbor’s kid cry and complain. We had 5 people on the reservation and there were only 2 towels in the room. It’s in a good spot- close to everything.

Shuttle and location were very convenient for an early flight. Staff was very friendly. The room was dated, but clean and comfortable.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the pool, hot tub and the bathtub in the room. The hot tub was not functioning and had caution tape around it. The pool was murky and I would not put my feet in the water. The bathtub had no plug and could not be used either. Expensive stay for NO amenities. I will not return.
