The hotel is good and clean. Friendly staff. But steam room and turkish bath were not working. This was not mentioned when booking the hotel

We had a deluxe room and it was excellent. The bathroom was very well appointed and the room spacious with a nice balcony overlooking the pool, with a sea view.
The breakfast was also very good and conveniently available until 11a.m.
The beach was stony but it was lovely to be able to relax on the hotel sun-loungers and enjoy the view.
We did not eat dinner in the hotel but there were plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Facilities were very clean (daily tidy) pool was exceptional, breakfast buffet was fresh and offered a wide variety of hot and continental items to select from. Took a walk twice to town and enjoyed the sites and cafes. We will be back to have another relaxing stay! Highly recommend 👌

Pool closes too early, AC didn't work in the room, most restaurants weren't open, casino was difficult to enter had to fill out a bunch of paperwork just to enter, couldn’t pay for drinks at the pool bar with a card had to order a drink, go inside and pay, then come back out to get the drinks because the front desk never asked to have a card held on file

良い Did not feel like a 5 star hotel. No normal greeting or help with luggage at arrival, hotel is a little worn, buffet at 25 Euro not worth it. Some of the fruit was canned and not fresh. Sunset was beautiful.

Breakfast and staff were great! Dissatisfied with room amenities and quality. Two twin beds were combined, so we had to rearrange, but hotel in general outside of their beautiful view on the water needs updating/remodeling given price paid.
