少しがっかり家族と滞在
The listing of the room seemed to have changed after I made the booking. Pictures of the higher tier "apartment" were listed under the lower tier "studio" and the room I ended up with was a complete mismatch of what I booked, and was in poor condition. I contacted the property and they did not acknowledge my comments and refused to offer a better room. They kept repeating the same response like a robot: They don't have other rooms in the same category. Period. I had to leave the property and find another place to stay.

Good location 10 min to Earls Court station
Good supermarkets and shops near by
Very close to the Natural History and V&A museum
Has lift which was very handy we had a small balcony which we didn’t use as the weather was bad
Would stay again

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Knaresborough. The room was comfortable and quiet. The location is great for access to the underground and local restaurants/grocery stores.

The location is wonderful but the bathroom was so awful that I wouldn't rebook. The shower wasn't exceptable for this price point. It flooded the entire bathroom which is extremely small to begin with.
