少しがっかり No WiFi in room 302 though they claim free WiFi. They knew that room never get any WiFi signal, still they lie. Very small shower room, fit for only a lean person. No support from the staff. 11 am in the checkout time, even 10 minutes delay will be charged extra, weird!! I went to this by seeing the brand of Best Western, but felt bad for staying there for 3 days with no WiFi.

最高 A clean, well maintained hotel that was very convenient to Napoli Central Station (an easy 4 minute walk) and nearby many wonderful pizzerias as well. The staff was helpful and the rooms were large, clean and with a fully stocked convenience bar. I would gladly stay there again in the future.

Pros.
5 minute walk from central train station. Also 3 min walk to metro local subway. . Rooms are good and clean.
Did not try their breakfast as there are plenty of eateries just steps away.
Cons.
Its in a bit seedier part of town.
The bathrooms are cramped
The elevator is bit noisy, no big deal.

Air conditioner wasn't working. The remote for the AC was missing in the room. Shower was super tiny. Water was leaking out of the sides from the shower.

Arrived and the hotel staff told us our reservation doesn’t exist. After 15 minutes back and forth he found our reservation after telling us no reservation and hotel was full. The issue was resolved but stressful with little kids travelling 18hrs

Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was very disappointing. The staff member was arrogant, dismissive, and unhelpful, which made the stay very unpleasant. Front desk service sets the tone for a stay, and this interaction left an impression. Definitely will not come back stay there

少しがっかり The staff seemed nice enough. The room was okay if we were only staying a night, but we did three nights and couldn't wait to leave.
The area did not feel safe. But, we could walk to the bus and train depot easily.
Would not stay here or in this area again!

とても良い Excellent hotel! Sketchy area but that’s the only downsidez great value for the money and close to the train station.
