The hotel is adequate for a couple of days but it is quite basic.
The biggest issue for me was the fact that there’s no restaurant. Normally not a huge problem as you can dine elsewhere but … because there is no restaurant in the immediate area of the hotel - which at night I considered an unsafe area - it was a problem.
In brief - the hotel is a 20 minute walk to the old town and this would not be advisable to do at night. So a taxi would be the answer.
