Easy access to LAX airport and pool is nice

We arrived at the hotel around 12:30 a.m., and there was no one at the front desk. After waiting about 15 minutes, the receptionist finally appeared, walking at an incredibly slow pace and acting like she didn't want to be there. After checking in and taking our bags to the room, we left to grab something to eat. When we returned, we noticed the parking garage was filthy, with trash scattered everywhere. On the second floor, there was even a couple having sex in a parked car. The hallways smelled strongly of marijuana and sewage. There was mold lover the window, carpet wet from ac condensati We told ourselves we only needed the room for a few hours before our flight, so we could deal with it. That changed the moment we saw roaches in the room. That was the breaking point. We immediately went back to the front desk. They offered us another room, but after seeing roaches, I had no interest in moving to a different room in the same hotel. I was also concerned about accidentally bringing roaches home in our luggage before our flight. I told the staff we would not be staying, and they said they would check us out.. The hotel told the third-party booking company that we had stayed the entire night and refused to provide proof of that claim. We spent over a week going back and forth trying to get a refund. Despite leaving after about an hour, the hotel initially refused to refund us by falsely claiming we had stayed all night. Between the filthy property, the roaches, the terrible

Nothing bad service ugly hotel

This hotel was horrible. The bathroom was nasty. The shower did not work. The floor in the bathroom was a mess. The carpet in the bedroom area had an odor. The TV was smaller than my computer screen. However, they did provide an iron board, microwave and fridge. Nevertheless, I will never stay here again.

Old building and rooms are old. Water dripping in bathtub even after closing. Room toilet had hairs on the floor. I went to take stairs instead of elevator one time - it was so dirty and bad smell. The door was locked. Gym was closed. Staff is helpful, smooth check in. Good price.

As soon as we got to the hotel there was already a problem at check out. They overbooked and did not have 2 queen beds as we booked. 2nd problem was that as soon as I laid down I saw a HUGE roach next to the bed. The room was really dirty and unkept. Holes on the wall & it felt so stuffy and gross inside. We had to start the ac to move the air bc it was really bad. The carpet felt dirty and musty. I will never stay here again and I’m annoyed that I still had to pay full price for this.

Room was clean but very muggy. It had a weird smell but not terrible. 1 towel for 4 persons but the bed was very comfortable. Parking garage smelled like urine and it was dirty. No breakfast. Limited to complimentary beverages.

Don't trust the pictures, it's nothing like what you see in them. This is my first review of any place The whole place was dirty, our room was falling apart. Bed sheets and walls full of stains, never again will I use this place. Weird moldy smells all around. Nothing worked properly, I feel like I wasted my money trusting this place.
