Outstanding central location. Very clean and and modern rooms in a historic hotel. Prosecco glass at check-in is a nice touch. Very helpful staff.

Great location, was a little concern about bedding, noise, and overall quality of room based on feedback but was pleasantly surprised with hotel. It is an old hotel, so something aren’t going to be perfect given the age but the location was perfect if you wanted to be close to major sites and restaurants.

Our first room was small, window looked onto a brick wall, hair and ants in the bathroom. Stephania at the front desk was responsive and helpful, moving us into a different, clean room. Still, that first room was the impression we left with

少しがっかりパートナーと滞在
Unfortunately our room was a big disappointment, given the photos looked quite nice. It was located on the 1st floor, very small and dated, with minimal natural light due to the wall immediately outside the window. The bathroom was unclean and dated. The bed looked like it was from the Convent round the corner. Overall a depressing space, so we decided to immediately check out and change hotels.
There maybe nicer rooms available on higher floors but I wouldn't recommend from our experience.

This hotel is a blast from the past and I mean that in a good way. Excellent customer service, the room was exceptionally clean and the location, less than a block from the Quattro Canti, is ideal.
