Breakfast is simple and the menu is the same everyday but it was clean and nice. The staff were always nice and friendly. I enjoyed my stay with my family. The laundry is on-site but there is only one set of washer and dryer. The only problem I had was the room for 3 people which has a queensize bed and a single bed was slightly small for long term stay. The closet space was too small.

We chose this place because it is walkable to many tourist areas and also close to the subway and bus stops if you prefer to ride or go farther. It is also in a quiet area and near local resto. We arrived via airport bus and walk to the hotel as per their instruction and it was an easy route. Bed was comfortable giving us a goodnight sleep. Shower amenities was provided. Breakfast was basic but filling to help you start your day. We appreciate the free bottled water in the lobby and the paid laundry area. We definitely had a great stay and will choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was toast, eggs, sausage, mash potatoes and they have an espresso machine. The have a laundry a laundry machine in the building that takes cash or card Including north american cards. Great centrally with with tons of convenience store and food options. Withinn walking distance of isadong and the palace. A good value stay.

This was the best hotel in a multi-city itinerary! The beds were soft, rooms were spacious, breakfast was filling, the staff was great, and bottled water was provided. The laundry room was a bonus! The last day, we had an unexpected flight delay, and the staff helped us extend our stay by almost 8 hours so we had somewhere to stay and shower before our red-eye flight. We also loved the neighborhood. There were great dining options, and we could walk to most attractions within 20 minutes in the Myeongdong district (palace, markets, etc). Awesome place.

The laundry facilities and breakfast really helped, I was traveling for 3 weeks with family and kids. Nice place, good location. Rooms are small.

The room was clean all the time, very spacious and nice room. The hotel always was open to any questions or requests we needed to know, they also always had water prepared for us in the lobby. Good breakfast.

Staff were very accomodating and friendly, they let us leave our luggages after check out for several hours.

Stayed here for our wedding anniversary and they even upgraded us- thank you! So happy much. Breakfast is divine! And close to all kinds of restaurant and a 10 minute walk to the subway station. Noise control is very good too.

Great hotel with very friendly staff. Room was good size and pleasantly quiet. Area is fantastic, great location links. The hotel has lots of restaurants, stores and entertainment nearby. Breakfast selection was limited but enjoyable. I’d be very happy to stay here again and would recommend to my friends!

Good location. we stayed for 5 days and they had exactly the same breakfast everyday, eggs, bread, salad, sausage, coffee/milk/juice. I do not need a lot but flexible menu would be nice as well. Staff are helpful.
