We stayed in the Family Room with Kids Room (Room 515) at Crown Harbor Hotel. Unfortunately, the condition of the room did not meet our expectations. The interior was poorly maintained, with wallpaper that was not properly installed and visible holes in the ceiling corners. In addition, the body wash provided for guests was almost empty and had not been refilled before our arrival. These issues affected the overall quality of our stay and should be addressed to improve the guest experience.

Clean.

Top floor room with great views over the harbour. Spacious rooms, though a little dated. A/C didn't blow that cold. Good location for us.

I gave a low rating due to poor service. There was frequent noise in my room, so I went to the reception to report the issue. Two women were at the desk and acknowledged my presence. However, when I started explaining the problem, they turned their attention to their computers. Realizing that I was essentially speaking to no one, I asked, “Sorry, whom am I talking to?”Then I received service from one of the ladis by slightly lifting one of her hand and pointing at another lady beside her, without neither eye contact nor speaking a word. Although the noise problem was addressed and the room met expectations except the shower room, I did not feel that I was treated with respect.

Fully enjoyed. Food was good and there are many options of Korean food. Only one thing not satisfied was frozen fruits.

It was quiet and the bed was firm enough for me. The room service did a good job of cleaning the room.

The hotel could use some much needed TLC, the staff barely speaks English and not very helpful. The area is dead after 6pm

This was a beautiful hotel with a great view of the harbor and an excellent breakfast as well. They upgraded our room and treated us very well here. We would stay again.

거실 화장실 세면대 물이 세고 바로 수리도 안된다하고 하우스와인 제공 된다했는데 제공도 안되고

The cafe on the first floor basically wasn’t selling any food at all, just drink, which was disappointing.
