Nice & specious room ,staff was cooperative,nice location

The breakfast was served cold.

Room absolutely not as pictured. Old furniture, cracked walls in shower, shower hose hopelessly tangled. insects in room. Stayed one night because I had just arrived after a long flight and it was already late at night and I was exhausted. When I left in the morning, the manager said he would do what he could to get me a refund for the unused nights, but I ended up getting back only about half of what I paid for the two weeks I had booked. If you're really tight on money and tolerant of bugs, etc., maybe it's for you. I will say staff is friendly and A/C works well. They did offer to switch me to a different apartment, but I was already too turned off to even consider it.

The property has a nice location and is close to metro station and 24 hour supermarket.

The rooms are spacious. However they could improve on their selection of TV channels.

Kind staff and helpful services

The staff was very nice. We had to change rooms 3x's as they were smelly. The bathroom leaked constantly. After repeated complains it was fixed the night before our departure. Never again,

The check in was fast and efficent. The Staff at the reception were very coperative. Lots of restaurants around the Hotel. House keeping was very bad. Rooms not cleaned. Toiletries were not Replaced.
