Check in was smooth, staff are nice, room and amenities clean as standard. Only down point is the skywalk that link to Don Muang airport is under renovation at the moment and staff informed that it should reopen by September 2026 or till end of the year. There is a public skywalk just in front of the hotel but you need to cross a local road. Day time should be ok but night time is a bit rough. I had a morning flight with a few luggages and hotel has provided transfer to Don Muang Airport which is quite convenience. Just need to pre book with front staff

Everything was Great. I stayed for 4 nights and the staff was very kind throughout my time there. The room and other parts of the hotel were always clean. I look forward to my next visit.

It’s not very good access to the airport. Still 20 min taxi the bridge is closed to public. Not much help from reception if I’m honest.

Terrible experience! Incredibly rude staff. I have stayed at this hotel twice before and the experience was fine, this however was unacceptable. I was traveling with a party of 14 people. Upon arrival at the elevators that lead to the bridge from the airport to the hotel we were met with a young lady who didn't speak or understand English, and she sent us into a chaotic whirlwhind which resulted in our three elderly team members being stranded on the curb at the airport with no idea where to go. When we arrived at the hotel, I approached a staff member and wrote out a message using google translate about everything that happened including that we had lost 3 elderly people and didn't know where to find them. She read the note out loud (in Thai) and then just looked at me and smiled. The lobby manager told me this mess was all my fault because I had booked through hotels.com and not the hotel directly??? I am leaving out many details because of the length limit for reviews, but the kicker was when we finally got our room assignments, one couple used their key to let themselves into their room only to discover that the room was already occupied by other guests. Back at registration there was no apology, no communication, we were just handed a new key. After quite some time online complaining with hotels.com, I was told that the hotel agreed to compensate me for the very unpleasant, unprofessional experience. My compensation?? An apology email 36 hours later.

Great hotel for an early flight the next morning. The staff, food and room was excellent.

1st time here at this hotel. I chose it for proximity to DMK airport. There are renovations happening right now, the main front entrance and walking bridge are closed. It is an easy 200m walk across the road. The surprise is you get offered free shuttle to airport! Breakfast is amazing, both western and Thai. Beds and linen super clean and fresh.you can fly to BKk and get airport shuttle to DMK and walk 200m across the road. I cant believe it has taken me so long to work this easy travel and fabulous hotel combination out! I recommend Amira hotel for anyone who is not looking for price but convenience.
