Great Staff ,room service ,location and calmness

Spacious rooms, quite location, great staff. Highly recommended

The staff were very friendly and allowed me to check in a bit earlier, which I really appreciated. I stayed alone in the room, and it was a good size. There was a small kitchen with a kettle, instant coffee, and tea. I did not cook, so I cannot say whether everything was working properly. However, there were no washing-up items or kitchen towels provided. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room looked clean, but there was a slight smell, possibly coming from the drains. The linen on the cushions, curtains, and sofa could also be washed. One night, the hotel alarm went off at around 1 am. I had just gone to sleep around midnight, and it really frightened me. I checked through the windows and the corridor, but everything seemed fine. Still, it took me a long time to fall asleep again. The next day, I asked at reception and was told that someone had been cooking and that likely triggered the alarm.

This was my 2nd time at this place. And as I said previously that this is the best location and great Hotel Apartment in that area. Will come back again.

Shawon was housekeeping person and he did great job and very friendly with professionalism. He made sure my room stay clean and always check on me for room supplies (towel, paper napkins, water, bedsheet and pillow cases). I felt good and comfortable during my stay.

I didn’t like the WiFi. Very weak no signal and no one take care of any complaints.

I love this property it will surely be my first and favorite place to stay whenever I am in Dubai, and Mazza is one amazing manager at the checking awesome staff.
