The swimming pool was closed for the week, which we were notified of. But a hotel without a pool in Phoenix shouldn't even open. Mistake.
The hotel did not smell well - the aroma of dogs. One reason we stayed there was "dog-friendly" for our dog, but they clearly had a problem. Worst I've ever encountered.
Coffee machine was placed above refrigerator with no electrical access, so had to move to bathroom. Paper cups (two) only for coffee, kind of sucks.
Lobby is nicely designed and open, staff were professional.

Clean room clean everything - but the bathroom door does not give no source of privacy- I think a sliding door and the restroom not having an extractor is not good for me I like privacy while in the restroom.
Also getting charged to park in the hotels parking lot I think is not good

最高 We stayed at this hotel because it was close to the dance competition we were attending. The breakfast was great. It wasn't too expensive and had both sweet and savory options. The staff was very friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel was also very clean. Parking was easy and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. Would definitely stay again.

Worst worst experience
This is worst hotel you can stay, you will not have any amenities , they don’t even provide you clean towels , no tooth paste , no hand cream nothing in bathroom, front desk is lazy people I called three times for room service no one showed up never every staying in this hotel.
