Room was clean, staff were very helpful and AC was working perfectly, didn’t even need to switch it on during the night despite it being sweltering temperatures outside, location very good too with a few restaurants gems nearby and great authentic gelato round the corner! Our room was deluxe family room and was spacious, baby crib was big enough. Highly recommended hotel for families.

Air Conditioning was always working really well. The staff was fantastic from the amazing breakfast staff to the front desk!

Very good location.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds, the staff was kind, and the hotel breakfast was tasty and convenient. The only negatives were (i) the shower vacillated between hot and cold water and (ii) the hotel’s iron was scorched when it was given to me and burned/damaged my pants as a result.

Great hotel close to the sights. Highly recommend the hop on hop off bus bookable at the front desk, where the stop is only a 10 min walk. Clean, modern and a very comfy bed. The continental breakfast is amazing to boot! We also had a beautiful balcony, and enjoyed the gorgeous rooftop restaurant.

The Guardian Hotel is rated as a four-star hotel, that's not the case. At the most it should be a 2.5 start hotel, sadly. However, the breakfast was pretty decent, gthe staff was friendly and the room itself was of decent size. The bathroom, however, was tiny, the water temperature was not steady (either too hot or too cold). The bathroom doors made weird sound and the bathroom was not clean :-( Wish I had not just gone by the pictures posted by the hotel and had actually read other reviews. Well lesson learned for next time. Also, the gentleman who checked us in was not friendly at all, in fact not even a smile on his face.

The staff were all very friendly and made the stay very enjoyable.
