とても良い Great central location. A breakfast buffet not worth the money and avoid room 309. Was extremely hot. We had 3 fans in the room but even in 17 degree outside weather, the temperature inside the room was in the mid to high 20s with no obvious heat source and it was tricky to sleep.

少しがっかり The spa was closed, this was not communicated at any point and when I was informed at reception, there was no real apology, only a question of what time I wanted breakfast.
I do not like to leave negative reviews, but the lack of concern was damning.

とても良い Very nice hotel in convenient location. Our only complaint is that there is no air conditioning in the room and it was a bit stuffy (although the hotel did provide 2 fans to circulate air). I’m sure the lack of AC is not a problem most of the year.

最高 Staff were super helpful, very nice property. Breakfast was excellent. Seems to be a major hub for alot of companies. I'll stay there again. Chop Steakhouse was a great plus for supper.

Mostly spotless room apart from glass light by bed that had not been dusted in ages. Too hot in the night as duvets are so thick and pillows are cheap for property. Staff are lovely and helpful. Bar staff and offerings are also very good.

Beautiful hotel, good amenities, room was to a good standard, however the room was incredibly hot with zero air conditioning and when opening the window it was really noisy due to a busy road, didn’t make for a good sleep experience.
