I had a wonderful stay at this property. I´ll repeat the stay for sure.

The property was immaculate and the staff was so friendly.Definitely recommend!

There was an error with my booking and manager refused to help.

Nice staff, clean and comfy rooms same as the surroundings areas.

I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. We experienced a serious issue with the air conditioning in our room from the moment we checked in. We reported the problem immediately, and we were informed that another room would be reserved for us the following day. Unfortunately, when we returned to the hotel late that evening, we were told that the room that had supposedly been reserved for us had already been assigned to another guest. We requested another room change, but we were informed that no other rooms were available. As a result, we were forced to spend both nights in a room with a malfunctioning air conditioner, despite having reported the issue promptly and following the hotel’s instructions. To compensate for this experience, I was only awarded 5,000 Hilton Honors points. In my opinion, this is far from adequate. I paid more than $360 for my two-night stay, and 5,000 Hilton Honors points are worth less than $20. This level of compensation does not fairly reflect the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced throughout our stay.

What I didn't like was that they didn't include breakfast.

Overall, we had a very good stay. The price was reasonable, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The only downside was the check-in process. It took quite a while because the front desk staff seemed to be new and still learning. Also, the handle on the bathroom faucet came loose, although it was still usable and didn't affect our stay too much.

Our room/ suite was great. Spacious, good bed and wonderful pillows. Staff was also wonderful. Fernando in the restaurant. Khiara at the front desk. And I loved your cookies😋

I had a good stay at DoubleTree by Hilton in Doral, Florida. The hotel is in a great, central location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby, which made it very convenient. The hotel was also very clean, and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the bathroom. The shower head had very low water pressure and could definitely use an upgrade. The bathrooms, in general, could use some updating. Overall, it’s a great hotel with an excellent location. If they improve the bathrooms, it would make the stay even better. I would stay here again.
