This was a good stay for overnight for work. It was not a luxury hotel or room by any means but it was comfortable for a business overnight stay.

There’s no bell at the front desk so it’s hard to get receive help when staff is not there. The paint on the tub was chipping off.

The tv in the room DID NOT work!

Perfect location right near the Bowery. Everything was nearby. Hotel was clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was very clean and the staff was super helpful and very nice. The walls are pretty thin so you and others on your floor have to be considerate with the noise level but other than that it was an amazing short stay!

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very clean. Always fresh coffee.

Probably my worst hotel stay in NY. The property is old so no double panes glass windows so the outside noise is very load. There’s too much noise from the corridor with all the slamming doors and elevator motor humming and adjusting every five minutes. Hang your own towel as there is no daily maid service; terrible bedding and no one around to offer extra blankets or towels. For $350 night I regret just not going on my Bonvoy app and taking the cheapest Marriott option.

Great for the price and location.

The coffee situation is not yet quite perfected. There was no coffee on the last morning of our stay. I realize how much more work it would be to have coffee in the rooms I dont mind going down for coffee. It is a friendly time

The hotel is on Houston, so it's extremely loud, no fault to the hotel itself, but there is almost no insulation on the walls or windows so you really feel like you're sleeping on a fire escape, it's so dang loud. The interior doors to the rooms are almost as loud as the street outside, this is 100% at fault of the hotel, anyone on your floor leaves their room, you know it because it wakes you up. The price was why we chose this hotel, the location is almost ideal, but the noise is why we'll never go back. If they fix the doors and windows noise, we'd go back in a heartbeat.
