I have stayed at Swiss Hotel several times. It is conveniently located in Deira and is attached to the Al Ghurair shopping mall. The hotel is elegant and the rooms are spacious. The breakfast offers great variety and excellent quality. The staff is professional and always welcoming!

Reserved room not available making 2am check in a real pain. Was given 2x1 bed appt instead of a single 2 bed appt. Sorted in the end, but hotel not very proactive. Apartment was lovely but would have benefitted from a more thorough cleaning effort. Lovely area to live in for a few days.

The apartment was very spacious, there was a horrible smell from kitchen area upon arrival. Check-in staff stated that we had only paid deposit not whole room, we were trying to get booking confirmation up to show them that it was paid for. At last confirmed we paid for the whole booking.

Nice place to stay, conveniently located close to the Metro Staion and easy access to Al Ghurair Shopping Mall. Gym facilities were good and so was the pool area along with steam and sauna ro. Cleanliness was impeccable and the room was serviced regularly by Roland and what an amazing job he did, an absolute credit to the establishment.
