The staff is vigilant on maintaining the property. Some sketchy characters staying there (a tree company) that were loud & obnoxious but what can you do?

Front Counter Staff almost seemed to have an attitude Zero Amenities, parking lot looked like an abandoned location Dog feces and trash everywhere! I booked under emergency conditions so thankfully it was only an over night Linens were filthy had to buy some to cover those Would not recommend!

The staff here are very friendly. The property is very well maintained. There is always somebody at the desk willing to help you out. There is always available parking. Rooms are very nice and spacious and are always cleaned.

So 4 good

We enjoyed our stay at the Motel 6. The night staff provided two extra pillows for us, the coffee tasted good, the shower water was hot, and the room cleanliness was excellent. Except for the absence of Kleenex, our experience was relaxing enough for us to book Motel 6 again in the future. Thank you all for investing in your company’s customer service by taking into account our feedback.

Good location. Staff was great. Room was adequate. Good value for the price but don't expect luxury accommodations.

Clean enough, quiet enough. Near food. Good value. Plenty of parking, and near I-40. TV kept freezing... bad connection?

There is only juice to drink for breakfast just FYI. The room itself was gross. When I first got to the room it smelled like urine! Especially when I walked into the bathroom itself. Turns out they don’t clean the floors at all. The floor was so filthy that it clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months! I got a wet towel and wiped the floor to see how bad it was and I’ve never seen anything like it. Never. I was a flight attendant for almost 20 years and I’ve never stayed in a hotel that smelled like urine and the floors have not been cleaned in months and months. As soon as the Housekeeping guy came in and sprayed some stuff on the floor in the bathroom it took the urine smell away. That tells you right there it wasn’t cleaned. I made sure to wear my flip flops anytime I was walking in the room. Beds aren’t great and the pillows are very cheap and uncomfortable. You get what you pay for. There are definitely shady people who stay there. I had no choice because hotels were taken because it was graduation weekend at TN. Needless to say, the owner didn’t offer anything at checkout despite my bringing him the filthy towel. He asked why I didn’t tell him so he could have changed my room. I guess he forgot they told me they were sold out that night. So I couldn’t get a different room anyhow. I didn't want the shady cleaners (two shady as heck guys) coming into my room when I was there and when I was gone to clean the floors. I just had to make sure I never touched the floors.
