This was the second time I've stayed here and both times the AC wasn't working in the rooms. (It does work in the lobby). I also noticed this time that the carpets are dusty and the rooms/hallways in general are in need of a refresh. On the plus side, the rooms are larger than most Paris hotels and the breakfast is terrific. Also, the location is absolutely perfect if you need a place for one night either coming or going somewhere via Montparnasse train station. I just wouldn't choose this hotel for an extended stay, unfortunately.

Very central to Paris and convenient to get around.

Very worn. Paper cups. Aircon was struggling. Adequate.

Cet hôtel n'est pas très luxueux et le déjeûner est très ordinaire mais copieux.Quand il ya un bris; le réparateur est sur place en quelques minutes .La plupart des commis sont très polis a part d'un individu qui aime rire des voyageurs! Pour le check in; nous avons attendus 6 heures avant d'avoir notre chambre.Ce qui nous a tué! Ils savent très bien que les voyageurs arivant d'amérique du nord; les vols arrivent tôt. Pour ce qui est de la propreté; nous donnons un 100% aux femmes de chambre.

The staff were not friendly nor responsive. Asked for two extra paper cups at the reception. The girl at the counter took it down on paper and said would be delivered to my room. As expected, nothing happened. The cups did not get delivered. Overall, the staff at reception were not friendly. Never seen a smile on their faces, not even at check in. Make one feel customers are unwelcomed

Location was great and what was needed

Do not book this property. It is in poor condition and clearly needs major renovations. During our 3-night stay (2 rooms for 4 people), we experienced stained bedsheets, a non-working A/C, and a strong unpleasant odor. This was one of our worst experiences.

It was a clean room. The first person we met at reception was very nice and helpful. Shower was not great. Not much pressure. Clean though!

Room was super hot with non functional heat/cool dial. Was not sorted despite multiple complaints. The room had non functional safe - again not sorted despite reporting the issue.
