No staff! Check in was horrible! They use a glitchy webpage to check in and out! The phone is never answered.

hot water temperature was inconsistent. shower head holder was too low. could improve on bathroom's showering experience.

Not too bad

Like others have commented- only book this place if you are easy to sleep despite the noise outside- the location is super convenient- the issue is the noise.

The hotel staff forced me to move from the Shihlin Metro Home to another hotel, Shihlin 13 Home, because of over-booking. They did not asked for my approval and simply told me that I was changed to another hotel. The staff also sold my room at Shihlin 13 Home to another customer and gave my room key passcode to him. Therefore, the other customer was able to open my door. Fortunately, I was in the room and told him to contact the staff. If I lost anything in this event, the staff will not take any responsibility. The staff also gave my the wrong door passcodes several times. This is the worst experience that I have in many years of staying in hotel.

Air conditioner did not work on check in nor next day. Checked out next day and still charge remaining days.

The room and the bathroom are clean. I had some trouble trying to open the door but the staff walked me through the process. Someone was smoking somewhere around the unit at a point but the scent dissipated somewhat after I opened the window for half an hour. I heard neighbors laughing and talking from time to time though they weren't very loud

The checking in is a bit troublesome cos there is no one there to assist in check in, everything have to be done by Line. If you goes without network or Line, you will be trap there. So you want to stay in this cheap hotel, pls do prepared

Great location right by the shilin MRT station. 8min walk to the Shilin night market. It's is right by the MRT track...so it's pretty noisy until 1am. Clean enough... check-in is right at 3am. No staff at location. Mattress are very hard.

I booked a non-smoke room, we didn’t mind the room is small, but the room has an extreme smoke smell, we couldn’t stand it, we turned on the air purifier all night, till check out, the smell was still so strong. We were sore throat and headache all night.
